G.E.M. Auction, Corp. will
sell on Tuesday, September 20, 2005 at 11:00 a.m., all assets of GFC, Inc.
listed on below inventory. The sale will be held at 1431 E. Saint Andrews
Place, Santa Ana, CA. Inspection will be from 9:00a.m.-11:00a.m. day of
sale. Each buyer is required to register on the day of the sale and provide 25%
deposit cash or certified funds on any merchandise purchased. The balance will
be due upon pickup in either cash or certified funds. All items are sold "as
is-where is" with no guarantees as to condition and functionality.
All vehicles will be sold with titles free and clear of all liens, claims and
encumbrances.
Some vehicles are being sold without keys to the door and ignition and should be
bid on accordingly.
Pickup of all merchandise and vehicles must be completed by Wednesday, September
21, 2005 at 5:00 p.m.
